MY JOURNEY

There have been several turning points in my life, several tough moments. But everything accelerated in 2018, after the death of a friend in a story so murky it would surpass a Netflix series. This shock brought me to my knees. At that moment, an inner voice whispered to me: "You have the right to three dreams... and after that, it will be war."
At the time, I didn’t understand. But I still decided to pursue three of my dreams. The first dream, I didn’t have to look far for: I wanted to go to the Philippines, simply because it's my name, and it made me laugh. The second was a bit deeper. After ten years in Asia, I had met many artisans, and I wanted to help them. So, I created a clothing brand that showcased traditional fabrics from Laos. The third was to feed my thirst for authenticity and simplicity: I went for a month to meet the Kazakh eagle hunters in the Altai Mountains, Mongolia. At the time, I was living in Asia. I dropped everything, emptied my savings, and went to make these dreams come true.
But once my dreams were accomplished, all that was left was me… and all my pain. I understood that this famous war would be an inner one. I locked myself away for nine months in a yoga center to rebalance my nervous system, and over time, through encounters, discovering techniques, and years of healing, I worked on myself to, as I often say, "change the soup!"
The world is the soup, and the people are the ingredients. If one person changes, the soup changes, and that’s what motivates me: to change the soup!
If you feel that I can help you, don’t hesitate to contact me. It will be a pleasure for me.
My name is Philippine, and I will begin by talking to you about the shovel and the broom...
As a teenager, I often used to say, "Life is a joke." Nothing made sense to me, and this lack of understanding of the world caused me deep suffering. I was angry, rebellious, and in my mind, the shovel represented that inner rage: "We need to shovel at all these bad people."
But one day, a flash crossed my mind: What if the problem wasn’t others, but me? I realized that my pain didn’t only come from the outside world, but from everything I carried inside me. It wasn’t enough to want to break everything... I had to dig – dig deep within myself, unearth the wounds, and clean what was preventing me from moving forward. So, I changed my perception of the shovel and added the broom.
Today, I still believe that the world isn't right. But I have understood that if I want to see it change, it all starts with me. I have undertaken this work of inner transformation, and now, I help others do the same.
I am a therapist, and I guide those who want to free themselves from their blocks, soothe their wounds, and find a path more aligned with themselves. Because sometimes, you first need to dig (aka the shovel)... before you can clean (aka the broom).

MY BACKGROUND
We are all different, with unique needs, expectations, and situations. This means that each of us will be more or less drawn to certain techniques.
However, what is certain is that for a truly deep cleanse, a holistic approach is essential, involving a combination of different techniques.
For the change to be deep and lasting, the spiritual dimension of the human being must never be overlooked, as it is the very essence of who we are. Too often ignored, it is frequently at the root of the ills that torment societies, cultures, and individuals.
Change always begins with an inner transformation, a revision of our perception of ourselves, others, and the world around us. This necessarily involves a deep cleansing of the beliefs that populate our minds. These beliefs are shaped by our upbringing, our experiences, our traumas, and everything we learn through our environment: society, culture, and other paradigms or archetypes.
Lifestyle hygiene is also crucial for a deep cleanse. When we talk about lifestyle hygiene, we often think of nutrition and physical exercise, but we sometimes overlook the energetic aspect. These three pillars are essential, as we live in a physical world, but this world is merely a materialization of an energetic hologram. Everything around us, as well as who we are, is energy.
The body, as the vehicle of our human experience, carries our history. It holds our pains and traumas, and to free ourselves from their consequences, a cleansing of the body's memories is inevitable. Otherwise, with the slightest stimulus, the body will reinstate what has been cleansed from the psyche.
The spiritual aspect, for its part, is worked through these three doors: the mind, the energy, and the body. Certain breathing techniques, for example, allow us to directly experience our true Nature and reconnect with our deep essence. They help us regain, day by day, our authenticity, far from the distortions imposed by society.
The eyes, true mirrors of the soul and gateways to our nervous system, are powerful tools for dislodging subconscious blockages and cleansing the consequences of certain traumas.
We all came to earth for the same reasons, bearing an ancestral mission. The ancients had great knowledge of the mysteries of existence, as well as many techniques for cleansing and reclaiming our true Nature, and especially our Power.
Below, you will find the techniques I have experimented with and chosen to study in depth. You can click on each image to learn more. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to explore some of these techniques with me.
Although I have chosen to focus my attention on one method, all the others are part of my daily life and my approach to psychic cleansing.

Quantum physics is clear on the subject: "everything is energy." Being part of the Whole, we are also energy.
It is essential to release the memories of the body for a lasting and deep cleanse.
The ancients said, "God is breathable." Breathing is the key and the gateway to numinous experiences.
The eyes, mirrors of the soul and gateways to the nervous system, allow for a deep cleansing of the traces left by the past.
Because we all came to Earth for the same reason, the ancients are the guardians of great teachings.
