I offer you a technique that is surprising in its simplicity and effectiveness.

It can be done both in person and over the phone, and I’ve chosen to illustrate it with the image you see.

Our subconscious contains an infinite number of boxes. Each one holds memories, beliefs, reflexes... These contents condition us every day, often without our knowledge, and rarely for our own good.

This programming freezes us in emotional states (always angry, always euphoric...), repetitive patterns (infidelities, repeated failures...), limiting thoughts ("I will never make it," "No one loves me...") or automatic reactions that are out of our control (exploding at the slightest trigger, saying "yes" to abusive situations while smiling...). It can even affect the body in the form of psychosomatic manifestations: allergies, eczema, digestive problems...

The idea is to go, together, in search of these hidden boxes. Each box contains repressed emotions, limiting thoughts, and bodily sensations buried behind our armor.

A subtle dance then unfolds between you and me, a dialogue woven through words, images, feelings, and the echoes of the body. Together, we open each forgotten box, releasing its weight, its memory, and then we recycle it. This recycling is the art of retrieving that precious energy that had remained frozen in the past. With each box emptied, a little more freedom is regained, and a little more of our potential is reactivated.

This work invites you to meet your shadow parts. Not to flee from them or fight them, but to reintegrate them into your consciousness. In the days that follow, it is not uncommon to observe some upheavals in our inner landscape. This is a natural step in the process of integrating the work done and is essential for deep and lasting transformation.
