The ancients said, "God is breathable." Breathing is the key and the gateway to numinous experiences.
In most ancient languages, the word for Air or Oxygen carries a dual connotation; it is both that which gives life and that which is Divine.
Pneuma, Prana, Chi, Ruach, Ki are words with dual meanings that embody the two aspects of oxygen:
A dense aspect: referring to that which nourishes us by filling our lungs, thus giving us life.
A more subtle aspect: 'vehicle of the Divine,' which allows access to the amplified states of consciousness well known to the ancients.
The goal of Pneuma® breathwork is to connect with the subtle oxygen that enters us and to experience the Sacred.
This type of experience helps strengthen the observer, who serves as the conduit for the Sacred we all carry within ourselves.
This observer maintains unwavering objectivity, allowing us to see things as they truly are: the current conflict, the trauma of the past, the reason for our incarnation, our divinity...

It is an internal technology, an intelligent process with its own wisdom, one that was well known by the ancients.
