PSYCHIC CLEANSING ?

The "Psyche" is the set of conscious and unconscious processes that make up each individual. According to science, 90 to 95% of our actions, thoughts, and words are dictated by the content of our unconscious. According to the ancients, it would be more like 97%! Our unconscious is therefore the "hidden part of the iceberg" that controls our lives and impulses. Our unconscious is an occult programming of our psyche, stemming from our education, environment, but also from our past lives.
The idea of "Psychic Cleansing" is simple—it’s about doing a thorough cleaning in the undergrounds of our psyche to regain control of our lives, enjoy our free will, and make real choices. It’s about breaking free from the illusion that we are free, that we truly choose our lives, and finally being able to rediscover our full potential.
WHY DO WE SUFFER ?

Suffering comes from the Ego. There are several aspects hidden behind these three letters. We obviously need an Ego to function properly, live in society, set healthy boundaries, and, most importantly, be in touch with our needs and be able to respond to them.
There is another aspect of the word Ego, which encompasses all these egos, masks, defense mechanisms, characters, and all these distortions we had to put in place in order to respond to our environment. The child adapted in order to maintain a sense of security and, most importantly, to feel loved and accepted.
We have transformed certain emotions (whether positive or negative) into states, developed neurotic needs, and have become slaves to them, "we burn with desire"; we have identified with these characters, saying "I am like this." We are paralyzed by fears or thoughts that no longer belong to us—or never did—and the list goes on.
We all have, without exception, distortions that, depending on the person, may be more or less significant. All these distortions are the source of our suffering because they have taken us away from who we truly are.
WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO DO ?
When we embark on the path to healing, what we are seeking to do is to rediscover ourselves, as we truly are, without all the clutter. Through our adaptation mechanisms, we have gradually been fragmented into several characters over the years. The idea is, first and foremost, to become aware of these characters, then to understand their functions, ideas, or behaviors. By doing this exercise, the light is slowly shed on the content of our subconscious, and as a result, it simply becomes part of the conscious mind. The more we become aware, the more we become free...
We will seek elements of the subconscious to make them conscious, which allows us to regain our objectivity (responding instead of reacting—dignity instead of grandiosity or victimization) when facing life's situations and our free will when making decisions. The goal is to become one single person again, an observing self, free in thoughts, actions, and especially freed from the weight of the past.
A sensitive being, capable of loving and being loved without distortions, of taking life as it comes, and enjoying every moment with joy and tranquility.
This is a simplification of the process for better understanding and integration of what we are seeking.
